Can we leave the retreat location at any given time?

We recommend that you attend all the ceremonies and sessions to make the most of this experience. Our schedule accommodates free time in between sessions if you wish to take a break or walk around.

What language is the retreat in?

The retreats are usually conducted in English, however, each retreat has staff members who can speak other languages.  Please contact us in case of any concerns regarding communication.

Do you have yoga props available?

Each retreat location has a different range of props available for use. Please contact us for details on the availability of props.

Do I have to bring my yoga mat?

While we provide yoga mats and other yoga props for all participants at the retreat, we highly recommend you to bring your own yoga mat.

Is there an age criterion?

The Coquihalla experience is an adult-only retreat.

Are the practice rooms/yoga studios indoors or outdoors?

Can I come with a partner who does not want to be a part of the retreat?

The retreat is designed for and accommodates participants only. If there are rooms available at the location, you may book them if you wish to bring someone along.
