- Pranayama: - Practice different breath regulation techniques to help cultivate Prana, the life force energy. The ancient Pranayama breathing techniques help calm the mind, balance emotions, and enhance vitality.
- Mudras: - Learn the bodily gestures to help channel the energy and influence the flow of Prana. The gestures will be combined with Pranayama and Meditation variations as we learn a new technique every day.
- Meditation: - Learn the various meditation techniques to turn inward to achieve a heightened state of awareness and tranquility while reducing stress, cultivating mental clarity, and fostering a sense of inner peace.
- Chanting: - Practice rhythmic vocalization of mantras to help focus the mind and create a vibrational resonance that uplifts the emotional and spiritual state.
- Sound Healing: - Utilize the ancient art of Nada Yoga and the vibrational qualities of various instruments such as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Seven Chakra Bowls, and Gongs to promote well-being at a cellular level.
